What dental services are covered under my plan?
DentaQuest will make sure that you are always able to bring your children to excellent dentists right in your neighborhood. You can bring them to the dentist starting as early as six months and right through their teens.
As a DentaQuest member you will have a main dentist. A main dentist is a dentist you see every six months. This dentist will care for you and always be there to help you.
Your main dentist will work with you so you can stay healthy. It’s important to go back to the same main dentist for each dental visit.
Your main dentist will give you:
- A dental health plan designed for you.
- Facts on growth and diet.
- How to care for your teeth.

Your member handbook has facts about the services you can get under your plan. The types of services covered under the plan include:
